SquidBoard
Your dashboard lives on your device. You choose which sources to connect, and a Squiddy Account is optional.
Privacy PolicyEffective

Your layout, words, header photo, and appearance are stored on your device.
You control access to Calendar, Health, and Apple Music.
We do not sell your data or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
This policy explains how Squiddy Labs LLC handles information when you use SquidBoard, its optional Squiddy Account features, and the support and website services described below.
SquidBoard stores your dashboard composition, custom text, symbols, spacing, background, appearance, chosen header image, and onboarding preferences locally. A guest Passport, including the name and profile details you enter, is also stored locally until you choose to sign in.
When you choose a header photo, the system photo picker gives SquidBoard the image you select. The app stores a local copy for your dashboard; it does not upload that photo to Squiddy Account or receive unrestricted access to your photo library.
Dashboard settings and header photos are not synchronized through Squiddy Account. Device backups you choose to use may include local app settings and files under your device and backup-provider settings.
These connections are optional. Your underlying calendar and Health records remain managed by their source apps and the system settings you choose. Removing SquidBoard or clearing its local data does not delete those original records.
You can use the dashboard as a guest. If you sign in with Apple or Google, Squiddy Labs and our account provider, Supabase, process the information needed to authenticate you and maintain your shared Squiddy Passport:
We use this information for sign-in, profile synchronization, account preferences, and access management across participating Squiddy apps. Authentication credentials and a cached account snapshot are kept in the device Keychain. Signing in does not upload your dashboard, calendar events, Health information, or header photo, and does not import SquidNote’s notes, tasks, or habits.
SquidBoard does not include third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, Sentry, or Firebase Crashlytics SDKs. Apple may make diagnostic information available according to the analytics-sharing settings you choose. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you include, and use them to respond.
We do not sell or rent personal information or use it for cross-company advertising tracking. We require providers acting on our behalf to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, our services, or legal rights.
Revoking access stops future access to that source. Removing a dashboard cell hides that information; it does not itself revoke the system permission. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
Deleting local data does not delete your online account. Signing out does not delete that account either. To delete it, open Squiddy Passport and choose Delete Squiddy Account; you may need to authenticate again. If deletion fails or you cannot access the app, contact us for help.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support@Squiddy-Labs.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. We cannot retrieve dashboard content that is stored only on your device.
SquidBoard is not directed to young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required to consent in their country. If you believe a child provided account information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can address it and delete the information where required.
We will publish changes at this URL and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or request consent where required.
